Customs are to be paid 100% in full, upon approval to do a project! The project won't be started until payment is received. Please allow 2-3 weeks wait time for a custom. I do accept rush orders for parties and events.
All shipped items will be supplied tracking. Turn around time is 3-7 business days. Customs are typically 3-4 week wait time.
If ordering more than once before supplied tracking you can use code COMBINEORDERS which will combine your shipping for you. It is to be used only after having an order already placed, that doesn't already have a tracking number.
With jewelry- All sales are final.
In the case, something breaks within the first 30 days of sale. Please contact me. I would be happy to see if I could work with you in getting a replacement sent out.
Jewelry is glued with a waterproof resin, high-end glue, or epoxy.
While they are water resistant, I do not suggest submerging them in anything (water, cleaner, other liquids) for a long period of time. Jewelry cleaner works on the chains. Again I don't recommend putting a pendant in a cleaner.
Wax- Wax melts are a para-soy blend. Made in small batches. Colors may vary from time to time. But always the same great scent. Cure time is 2 weeks from date poured, located on the label of the melts.
In transit, some smudging or melting may occur in the hotter months. None that should affect melting the wax. If any concerns or questions, you can email us at [email protected]

Guarantee all items are made with the best quality and care! All items are handmade. Either that being gluing pieces to the settings or hand painting them first before gluing them in settings.Or hand pouring wax melts. I would not send something out that I didn't approve of, or wouldn't use myself.
